Rotterdam-based artist and producer Leela Rosa makes leftfield alt-pop somewhere between intimate indie songwriting and experimental electronics. Blending folk-tinged vocals with tactile electronic textures, restless rhythms and a healthy disregard for genre boundaries, her music navigates the grey areas of human connection, identity and everything in between.
Following her debut EP Keep Applying Pressure!, her second EP Blueprints for a Moving Target (2026) explores the restless space between who you were and who you’re becoming. Her music has caught the attention of artists no less than Courtney Love and Mura Masa, alongside performances at SXSW London and growing international recognition.
Also expanding her practice into DJing, Rosa draws from a wide spectrum of underground electronic music. Live, she brings these influences together with her band in a hybrid show that moves between delicate introspection and explosive, club-driven energy. The kind of set where you dance while crying and cry while dancing.
